Grasser Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I called them to have service done on my central AC and furnace. Well a repair man comes and says he cannot work on my furnace because he was too backed up with AC units. Looks at my ac unit and says its a little low on freon then left. I call them to let them know my aC is still not working but according to the repair guy he got it up and running. ha ha ha it was running beforehand just not blowing cold air same as it was still doing. I set up a new appointment and requested a different guy. The guy comes out and says it looks like he did nothing. Well this guy comes and looks at our ac cleaned it and says maybe it is the thermostat. Wanted to charge $ 170 for a new one we went out and bought a new one and replaced it. Guess what my AC is still not blowing cold. WHAT??? Two repair men and still no fix. Later my mail comes $ 129 bill for the first guy for fixing what? I don’t know what the bill is going to be for the next guy but let me tell you DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY! WHAT A RIP OFF A BILL FOR NOTHING FIXED!!!

Called to have my dishwasher fixed. After waiting a week to hear back from scheduling I called again. They had misplaced my work order. So they tried to make up for it by having the tech come first thing the next morning. He was scheduled for between 8 & 8:30. He showed up at 9:30. Said my drain pipe was frozen (which it wasn’t because you can hear it drain into the sink it just won’t drain all the way) left after 10 minutes. Sent me a bill for $ 89 for 10 minutes of not fixing my dishwasher and when I called to talked to someone about it I got put on hold then hung up on. Don’t waste your time or money.
