Ordered a $ 2500 custom couch. Told them I didn’t want a floating back. The husband and wife couldn’t stop bickering long enough to pay attention to the customer. Have had the thing for nearly five years now and still hate it. Moral of the story. Don’t order custom here. You will be stuck with something you hate and they won’t give a hoot. The best they could do was shove some more foam in the pillows. It’s still not what I ordered.
