Unilocal says 5 stars is «as good as it gets», and that is accurate for Joe. First, he is just one of the nicest people you will ever meet, that’s always a good place to start. Second, he gives a great massage, asks you what issues you would like to work on, then directs his work appropriately. He studio is clean and quiet. Your comfort and health is truly his focus, and you may even get a personal email from him if he finds information that would be of interest to you. He is always researching and learning about new treatments to benefit his clients. (not mass emails). Bottom line, I always feel much better after a massage from Joe!

Joe came highly recommended to me by another massage therapist. for his ability to diagnose the causes of pain and treat them effectively. I initially went to him for chronic hip pain that I had for nearly 4 years and that had interrupted my sleep. After several sessions, the pain was greatly alleviated and after less than a year it was gone. He has also be able to address other of my pain issues quickly.
Joe is very professional and very courteous. He takes time to explain what he is doing and makes sure that I am comfortable with the treatment. Helpful suggestions for self-​treatment are given when applicable. Joe does in-​depth therapeutic massage and has extensive knowledge of medical conditions and anatomy and medical conditions, and is constantly expanding this knowledge
by attending to classes and workshops. I highly recommend Joe!!!

I met Joe DeLeon a year or so ago at the Teal Center where I’ve been going for treatment for good while I’ve been treated by lots of therapists there but what a difference it was finally finding Joe. His gift is that he’s committed to finding the exact source of the pain and making sure he gets right to it. Since you usually have to pay for MT out of pocket it’s important to get relief as quickly as is possible. Joe does this better — and consistently — than any of the dozens I’ve seen over as many years. And now he has his own practice too. This plus his gentle nature makes him a true gift. It’s such a relief to know he can be counted on and it’s not just spending 90+ to feel good for an hour.

Joe is a rare find in the field of massage therapy. His specialty and area of expertise is helping to relieve specific pain by using precise work and a variety of effective techniques all backed up by accurate assessment. I’m a huge fan of his myofascial work which helped alleviate my elbow pain and his head and neck work does wonders for my headaches. I am so grateful for this work in particular because Joe knows how to go in gently, work things out thoroughly, and then exit gracefully. lol There are too many massage therapists and receivers of massage (their clients) out there who think a great massage consists of going deep and hard everywhere on your body. Nooo!
If you are looking for pain relief and management at the root cause and you don’t need full body work in a 60 min session (the precision of Joe’s work takes time), Joe is the massage therapist for you. He is kind, client centered, amazing at what he does, and loves his work.

I solidly recommend Elite Massage Therapy. Joe is a very competent and professional masseuse who seems to know his stuff. I liked that he discussed areas I would like to focus on and gave me tips for stretching.
The location is a little weird. It’s a room rented from another business, so there’s no sign, but Joe explained it pretty well beforehand, so I was able to find it. Overall, it was a great massage.
