I was at Tyson Corner location. Terrible. Extremely terrible customer service! The rude Africa America called herself a store manager is super rude! I don’t understand how she can be a manager! I’m not coming back to this place!

While the group-​think, overtly sexual, dark and heavily perfumed store has been out of favor in the US for some time now, if you want to be a baller in Asia, this is the place to go. Pretty much the only time I see someone enter this store is when a bus drops off a bunch of Chinese tourists off in the front.

The manager of this store, Alexandra, is wonderful. She goes out of the way to help you and find clothing that is the right style for you. She’s one of those managers that will even take the time to go in the back room and find the right size for you. She was super helpful and even took the time to find a shirt in a smaller size for me. Great job Alex! :-)

One of the best Abercrombie and Fitch I’ve been too. It’s my favorite store. The clothes are amazing and the perfumes smell really good. Great service and everything. Maybe be bit expensive but it’s still worth shopping at.
