I have been a customer now for almost a year. I typically was going to a very large spa down the road. Friend recommended Nail Expo(next to Albertsons) and I won’t go anywhere else. Wendy and Kim do wonderful pedicures and Nexgen. Nails can go 3 weeks easily. New owners Debbie and Can have remodeled the entire spa and the new chairs are fantastic! It is beautiful! They also take competitors coupons! Give them a try! Larger isn’t always better!

I’m so happy I found this nail salon! I experienced a wonderful pedicure with a great massage and paraffin treatment! It is an extremely clean environment with a very friendly group of service providers as well as family owned. I’m visiting a friend in McKinney but promise to come back here next time I’m in town.

I absolutely love this place AND the people! Victor and his staff, his sister, they’re all so nice, they have me laughing every time I go there… so hospitable, so welcoming. The first time I went, I had an hour, I was on my lunch break, and I needed a quick NexGen or gel manicure, I can’t remember which one it was. Victor was great. He got me in and out in about 50 minutes, nails looked great, didn’t look messy or like he rushed and I walked out a happy customer. If you’re in the McKinney or Frisco area, I definitely recommend them, you’ll love it and you’ll love the Nails Expo & Spa crew!

I love this nail salon! It is clean and sanitary. It is family-run, which I appreciate. Wendy, Victor, Kelly, and Momma are all so very nice. Momma gives the best pedis and foot/leg massage ever! Wendy’s manis and nail service are long lasting. Victor and Kelly do a great job, and both are are very personable and fun to talk to. I have been to many salons over the years, as most of us have. ‘Nails Expo and Spa’ is first on my list, and I am very discerning and particular about services that I pay my hard earned money for. If I sense that the staff is talking disparagingly about clients, or behaving ineptly or unprofessionally, or if the salon is less than immaculate, I’ll drop it without a second thought! I admit that I do wish the prices were a little less expensive. I am sure that would attract more customers. Still I love the salon and go every chance I can afford. I highly recommend ‘Nails Expo and Spa’. Give them a try; you will not be disappointed!!!

This is by far my favorite place to get my manis/pedis/waxing needs. The owners, Victor and Wendy are very friendly and run the business well. Also the salon is very clean and sanitary. Everyone does a great job here, and they are all very nice. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I’ve only been 2 times. First time was great. Got a French shellac and was perfect. Lasted 3 wks. Second time I wanted the same lady but apparently she quit. Got a normal shellac but the lady was forceful in buffing and pushing of my cuticles. Also shellac paint was much thicker than it should be. She always didnt wait long for my top coat to dry so the polish remover rub at the end took off gloss and paint. Now it looks less shiny. Overall okay service. Very hot environment though.

I went in here a few weeks back for a mani-pedi and an eyebrow waxing. While I was getting my pedicure, another employee decided she would come and wax my eyebrows(I was still in the chair). Bad idea! The employee applied too much wax and ended up waxing a large hole in the middle of my eyebrow. She decided not to tell me that she had made a hole… so you must understand the SHOCK when she handed me the mirror to look at myself. Obviously, I flipped out and the only thing the employee could say was«I’m sorry, you moved honey». Well, who in their right mind attempts to wax someone’s eyebrows while they’re getting a pedicure? The only way to WAX off an eye brow part is if you apply TOO much wax to the area — I think maybe she was just too lazy to clean up the mess. After this, the owner of the salon manicured my nails and tried to relax me(didn’t help — she mostly pried into my personal life). After the nail polish was applied I started to feel pressure to leave the salon(my nails were not dry /I also did not see any drying tables) which resulted in my wet nail polish to get ruined. This would of NOT happened if they just let me sit at a drying table for ten minutes but I’m sure they wanted me out of their salon. The conclusion: This was the worst waxing /mani-pedi experience ever. On a positive note the man who works in the salon is very polite. I also did not have to pay for my eyebrow service… It’s been a month, and I still have a hole in my eyebrow.

I went here today and had a pedicure done by Anne. She was gentle in the areas that normally nail techs are rough in and she gave a great massage. I’ve been to many pedicure places and I usually don’t like them. I only get them done out of need, but with this experience, I will happily be back!
