EVITEN ESTE LUGAR!! HORRIBLE SERVICIO. Hice pedido por teléfono, llegué pronto! Y las personas que pidieron en el lugar estaban recibiendo la comida primero que yo. Resultó en que no preparan los pedidos hasta que llegas a recoger. No ofrezcan servicio de pedidos por teléfono si no sirve de absolutamente nada... Varios empleados y mal organizados...

Hungry? This is the best Mexican place with real and scrumptious flavor. Nachos, wet burrito, tacos, everything is delicious.

I’m sorry, I like this king taco because it has a home-​feel to it, but I got food poisoning.

Haven’t been here in a while since I moved out of town… and my god… this is not the King Taco I once loved. Their portions are smaller and they are complete dicks when you ask for extra salsa. I guess they have their loyal customers that will continue to give them business but as for me, I’m done with their overpriced food & non extra salsa giving establishment.

ridiculous long lines, bad costumers service and not friendly at all, there’s a blond older lady that works there that is NEVER happy and always giving attitude to costumers

This location has a full menu. Most King Tacos don’t have this many items to choose from.
My favorite items here are the asada torta and suadero tacos with green and red salsas (on the side).
A few items they have here that you don’t usually see at other King Tacos are:

Cocido (beef soup)
Pozole
Tampiqueña
Tortas
Mole Poblano (chicken dish)
Chilaquiles
Flautas
They have four beers on tap that you may purchase by the glass (14oz) or pitcher.

I got sick eating king tacos burrito. Please cook your food fresh cause I got sick. You made me sick. Your food needs to be fresh

Always a wait, I wonder if it’s worth it every time it’s forever! Really at 11:30 am and only one person preparing food? Ridiculous!

customer service here is ridiculous. when you take 20 mins to make a burrito, you can kindly go fly a kite. never again.

RIDICULOUS customer service. It wasn’t even that crowded and I waited 45 minutes for 2 burritos and 2 tacos, and she even got the order for my tacos wrong. The employees seemed clueless as to what to do and there seemed to be no order in what they were making. THE WORST KING TACO I’ve ever been to.

First time trying the wet burrito from this Maywood location, and OMG it is Amazing! Got the all meat one which I thought was pretty pricey at 9.99, but after the first bite… let me just say it is worth every single dollar! The green sauce, melted cheese and sour cream on top make it perfect! I’ve always loved king taco but after trying this wet burrito, dang imma be craving it all the time!

Ive been to many King Tacos and this one buy far is the stingiest when I comes to the amount of meat and hot sauce they put in there tacos, burritos, and sopes. When you call them out, they try and tell you to go stand in the 20 min line and order more. Regardless, I love the red sauce and love tacos period, I will be back.

This is the place to satisfy your taco, burrito & sope cravings… Carne asada meat is always juicy & flavorful (no fat like in other taco places). Top it with their red hot sauce and you’ll have the best taco experience. Some of the servers can be stingy when you ask for xtra salsa so I just say I’ll buy it for .50 cents and it’s worth it. Taste is always consistent here and their service is good. Lines can be long during peak hours but it’s worth it.

I can’t bash on King Taco. Heck, this has been my go to place whenever I am craving a quesadilla, sopes or burritos. For the tacos… ehh…they’re okay.
Located in Maywood, this King Taco location is by far one of the biggest inside. Much more than plenty of seating inside. Parking is not too plentiful. They do serve beer here from what I remember. Not too big of a variety of it. From the last time I came here, which was about a year ago, they still had beer. It might have changed since.
I have had their quesadillas, their burritos and their sopes. Every time I have came here, I have always had quite the experience. Just like any other King Taco, it has been nothing short of amazing!

I ordered carne asada nachos and I did not like them. The cheese was not good and the chips were the salty chips. Im pretty sure other people may like them but I was not a fan.
The sopes are good. Definitely recommand them. I ordered the carne asada sope.

The best King taco is in maywood !!! Variety of delicious food and they give limes ! I know that may sound weird but I went to the king taco in Boyle heights and first of all, they didn’t sell tortas and when I asked for limes they said they didn’t have any to give lol .
Best thing to get is: burrito mojado! That green sauce is heaven!!! Grab a beer and enjoy this awesome location!

I personally love King Taco. I enjoy their tacos, sopes, burritos (mojados too) and bebidas. I typically stick to those items. I’ve tried their tortas but I wasn’t impressed, it was just ok. The green salsa just adds on to the great taste of the meat — asada and adobada being my faves.

This had to be one of the not-​so-​good experiences at King Taco. Seriously, how can you screw up a beef stew?!? Being in the mood for beef stew (Cocido) I came to King Taco to grab a bowl, but the veggies were still raw and uncooked, the meat was hard as it had not been boiled enough, and the tortillas given were dry and appeared old. Also, the champurrado (a hot beverage that is similar to a hot chocolate) appeared old and watered down. What a damn shame.
From now on I’m sticking to tacos and orchata when I’m coming here.

I was born and raised in California but I had never eaten at a King Taco, shame on me!
We walked in at about 11 p.m. at night and the restaurant was packed. That’s a good sign right? The line to order the food was long, which gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. It had been a long day and I was starving, I ended up ordering a carne asada wet burrito and one al pastor taco.
The cashier was friendly but quick because of the long line. Despite it being packed, the place was clean. Our order was ready after 15 minutes, I took a look at my burrito and wished someone would have warned me, it was massive, I was starting to regret ordering the taco on the side, I thought I wouldn’t finish my food and I hate wasting food. The green salsa that the burrito was smothered in was amazing, I could taste the acidity of the tomatillo, which is probably why I liked it so much, it definitely had a great flavor to it. The burrito was topped off with cheese and sour cream, inside there were beans along with the meat, the carne asada was tender and lean. The taco al pastor was a-​okay for me, it wasn’t great, just average.
Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be stopping by again to order another wet burrito. I’m addicted now.

First time i ate King Taco i almost died!
I ordered 4 tacos de asada with everything and i didn’t know the red sauce is SUPER spicy! It was horrible :(
The second time i ate here i decided to order a wet green burrito with red sauce inside, let me just say it was love at first bite! :)
The only thing i don’t like is they take your phone order but won’t process the order until you get there and pay, so what’s the point of ordering on the phone?
I think the max I have waited for 3 plates of food was 30 mins. Which is pretty long considering I’m supposed to be at work.
AND i hate sour cream (yes, I’m Mexican but i don’t like it OK) I always say NO SOUR CREAM and it always seems they add extra! So now i have to be scrapping up my burrito to remove the damn sour cream.
But the food is delicious!

Whenever I ordered Bean Burrito i find out something black stuff with it always and after I bring to manager and he changed but still sometime you will sick so before see everything by your side but I would say better go other place

Disculpen me gusto la locacion, el ambiente y todo pero la señora Griselda osea la cajera me amargo mi cena despues de haber llegado contenta me pego chorro. Con su mal servisio y su mal actitud parece k el restauran es de ella es bien fijada hasta con la salsa. Me atasco los tacos de cebolla. Creo k me keria encebollar. Para la otra ves porfavor pongan sign del limite de pitchers k uno pueda consumir. Gracias y espero k este problema se resuelva. Creo k la señora se encuentra en la menopausia.

Que mas puedo decir que no hayan dicho ya… Sabrosisimos tacos y mi plato favorito es los chilaquiles.
