My Grandmother has been a regular customer of Kroger’s for years. She’s been coming to this store for as long as it has been around. She is in her 80’s, and in a lot of pain.
The staff is always incredibly helpful to her, but today they could tell she was having an extra hard time. She was doing some shopping with my niece for my Grandfather’s 89^th Birthday. Several employees helped her get things. Jellybeans, Cat food. One was even nice enough to bring her cart to the front for her! I go here whenever I am in town visiting my family, and the staff has always been amazingly courteous. It means a lot to me to know that even though I am not there, that other people, like the incredible staff at this store, do care!
