Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Reps will actively find a reason not to help you.

If you want to BUY something, fine. If you want something repaired for fixed? This is a dice roll. They don’t actually want to work if they are not selling you something. I have had a few issues with my phone. First was a battery issue and their only response after looking at my phone for a minute was to remove some of the battery saver programs. Then when I had issues with the phone restarting and not progressing past the splash screen when restarting they blamed it on moisture. They just checked the moisture mark. They didn’t check for moisture damage. And when they confirmed I had insurance they gave me a packet and told me to call my insurance to pay the $ 99.00 deductible to have it replaced. That way they could go back to the conversation they were having instead of actually doing work. What makes it worse is the store manager was the one who gave me the shove off. I know it is just Verizon being Verizon, but can someone with a work ethic work in customer service please?
