This store is terrible. The manager was some arrogant know it all that started to walk off and help someone else before finishing with me and listening to my needs. I think his name was Joe. The staff was helpful. At least they didn’t walk away in the middle of me talking to them like the manager did. I needed strings and other stuff. This red headed girl there was real lazy as well. She was playing guitar instead of helping me. On my way out I see one guy at a bench and I approached him. He was more than happy to help me and answered all my questions. I didn’t know that he was the guitar tech but impressed me with his knowledge and service. I think his name was TJ or JT. If I go back I will only go to deal with him. The manager should be working somewhere else since he can’t control his staff, listen to customers, and leaving me to get help from someone who’s job wasn’t to help me. He was already working and stopped repairing to help. On my way out the same red head girl and this other employee were standing around making fun of a customer playing guitar. What kind of place is this. It’s ass backwards and it’s not a place you should go to.

Wow. After looking on the Guitar Center website and then heading there this afternoon – not what I expected. After a thirty minute drive I arrived to abhorrently dismal and apathetic customer service. I was there to buy an electric guitar amp and told the associate so. Also was interested in the no interest finance they offered. I explained that I had gotten an electric guitar as a present, and wasn’t sure what I wanted or needed and wanted to spend around 500 bucks. That I needed some help and guidance. An unknowledgeable associate and more concerned after four minutes about«going to the back to check on something» made for an uncomfortable visit and waste of a drive to the store. At one point she says«let me know if need anything else» then smiled and left. Really? How about some help picking out the amp I told you I was there to spend around 500 bucks on. Associate disappeared. Total time in store less than 10 minutes. Packed up my guitar and left. Guitar Center should be embarrassed to have this type of service in their stores. I wound up elsewhere nearby. Found exactly what I wanted and then some, helped by someone who took some time to explain a few Amps. Terrible for a «nationwide chain with music experts». Never again.

Although I had to wait a little while before I got service because the store was busy, the store manager Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my new guitar. Thank you Joeeee!

Guitar center is BULLSHIT… I bought 2 items WITHCASH and both of those items did not work… I was given 2 separate checks as a refund… I PAIDCASH!!! And I was given 2CHECKS!!! Checks cost money to cash $ 7 a check!!! Nowhere on this receipt does it say that refunds will be given in the form of a check… I called the«corporate office» which is not the corporate office it’s the .com…screening the calls for corporate!!! The only resolution this company has come up with is to call the store and have them write me 1 check!!! I PAIDCASH!!! So now you want to have me drive all the way back to your store wasting gas and time and more money both ways to get 1 check WHEN I PAIDCASH!!! Everyone that I spoke to in the process has had an idgf attitude and a bunch of huffs n puffs n smart ass remarks… Do not buy anything from guitar center… spend your money somewhere it’s deserved!!!

Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. My boyfriend and I went in there so he could grab a simple keyboard case. I assume the customer before us was splitting his payment between cash and card and it confused the sales associate Kevin. So while waiting for his manager, Kev completely ignored us. We stood in front of the counter for 20 mins before my bf finally interjected and asked him for help. Then, in the middle of answering us, he gets on the phone. Manager walked in twice and saw us standing there and never offered help. We just walked out. What a waste of time. If you know what you need, order it online somewhere else.

Really helpful staff. I am a non-musician who went in looking for something cheap and they showed me exactly what I was looking for. They didn’t try to sell me more than I needed or rip me off in any way. They also didn’t treat me like a dummy, which I appreciated.
