East Coast Roofing did an estimate on a leak in my roof. And said I needed my roof to be done over at a cost of $ 3,600.00. Upon reading a review on Unilocal I got a second estimate by Lasher roofing. They determined the leak was caused by my satellite dish being installed improperly and it would be $ 734.83 to repair. I believe in being honest when running a business and East Coast Roofing was not. Hopefully this review helps someone.

Had them come out and give me an estimate for a roof leak repair on my 12 year old home. They gave me an estimate for $ 3,000 to replace entire sections of roof. I felt it was kind of high so I had a competitor come out to evaluate the leak. I did not tell the second company about the first estimate. They found that the rubber flange around one of my stacks had deteriorated over the years. They replaced that and some missing roof top vent shingles. Total cost to repair was $ 133. We have since had some heavy rain and the leaks are all fixed.
East Coast Roofing and Siding has some catchy commercials on the radio but I would be very cautious about hiring them without getting at least one other estimate.
