This place is fantastic! The food here is always good; the steak is good but they one of the best burgers I’ve had. They have cold beer and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a try if you’re passing through looking to eat somewhere off the beaten path.

I brought my wife and family here for her birthday and although an error with the printer delayed our meals it was handled with complete professionalism. The server brought the error to our attention and did not bother with excuses, simply explained the error and apologized for the inconvenience.
The food arrived and it was worth the wait as everyone right down to the kids were very happy. The onion rings are amazing and the steaks are very well prepared and marinated.
At the end of the meal the owner came by and once again apologized for the error and made a fair adjustment to the check.
This place as a small town feel with big city food and customer service that is a rarity these days.

Was a regular customer until we were told they had no seating at 5pm and we drove 20 miles. 7 empty tables at the time. Not worth the drive down there.

This is our second visit this month bc we were so impressed initially! My husband ALWAYS puts A1 on steak… not on this sirloin… it is perfect! I had petit ribeye which was also the best steak I think I’ve ever had. I’d put them up against any within 100 miles. Service nice, small venue, excellent ambiance and live music for tonight. I’ve been twice and got the petite rib eye. Great both times! Does not seat many but we were lucky and were able to get a table. The staff is very nice. My husband says the bison burger is good too.

Went to the roadhouse for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We had prime tenderloin and lobster. Everything was cooked to order. Really quality dinner. My wife used her butter knife to cut her steak… no kidding! It was that tender.
We will return. I can’t imagine, Chicken Fried RIBEYE! Can’t wait.

My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day! They were serving a set menu with a bottle of wine, salad/​soup choice, steak and lobster tail with asparagus and potatoes, and dessert! We were very much looking forward to our dinner and we were Not disappointed! I ordered my steak medium and hubby ordered medium rare, both perfect. The lobster was terrific! Everything about the evening was very nice! Small restaurant with a quiet atmosphere. Loved it!

Location is great. Waitress is rude, they only have two. Cheap beer, burnt food, ate here a dozen of times trying to give them chances and it just gets worse. Wait times are often 30 min or more for food. Other places in maypearl to eat!

A nice drive from Waxahachie is a dreamy little roadhouse restaurant with onion rings that will make you cry, they are so good! We started with quail quarters with BlackBerry sauce. Sounds fancy I know but it was home cooking worth a road trip. Go see them and for heavens sake get one of the burgers… amazing!!!
