The first time I stumbled across Crystal Nails & Spa in Maynard, I came in without an appointment and the owner, Louie, was able to fit me right in for a new full set. I was able to choose my shape, length, and color (of course!) and my nails came out better than I imagined. Best set I’ve ever gotten, and as a glamorous teen girl, I’ve gotten more than my fair share of mani-​pedis as well as acrylics. He took so much care to get the right shape and was very concentrated and precise. Also, a huge surprise was the paraffin wax wrap that was included in the session and was very hydrating and refreshing – my hands are truly glowing now! I can absolutely say I will never get my nails done anywhere else.

These folks are great (Louie, Jennifer & Emely). Most importantly, they do super nails. I have gone here 3 times now for gel manis, which look great almost up to 4 weeks. Very nice people, terrific prices ($ 25 for a gel mani!). Do yourself a favor and make this your go to mani/​pedi salon. :-)

We love crystals! Made and appt for 2 ended up with 3 people and they were perfectly accommodating ! We ended up being there two hours after closing time but they never rushed. Prices are great! We loved the hand wax treatment and the hot stone treatment! Highly recommend Jen and Louis!

I booked a Pedicure, since I googled for a deal. I did not find a local GROUPON, but saw a review of this place, showing only $ 28.
I got so much more than my toe nails painted. A full cleaning, scrubbing, massage with nice smelling lotion + HOT STONES!
This was Spa treatment.
The owners are new, having taken over the location.

I went to Crystal Nails in Maynard, Ma today for a Lip wax and an eyebrow wax for the first time today. Jennifer did such a GREAT job and the prices are SO reasonable! The results and prices were SO much better than from the salon I had been going to locally for these services, and Jennifer and everyone at Crystal Nails always makes me feel so comfortable and so welcome there. I LOVE this place!

I LOVE this place. This area has a lot of nail salons and none of them are anywhere near as good. The husband and wife owners, Louie and Jennifer, make you feel welcome no matter how busy they are. They take the time to do a great job. Today I got a beautiful pedicure that came with a relaxing foot massage and hot stone treatment. Again, they were busy, but never made me feel rushed. This is my second review and I am more impressed each time I visit. Hands down (no pun intended), they NAILED it (ok, that pun was intentional)!

Love the couple that runs this spot. Reasonably priced. Always leave happy.

Don’t like to write reviews. But have to do it for this place. They did such a neat job on my mani and pedi; worked just as diligent as I would do it for myself. Millions of massages, hot stones, wax, lotions… Good customer service. Great prices.
And lots of colors to choose from!(and they are all in samples, which is nice).

In the area for a conference and needed a gel mani before the meet & greets. Jennifer was kind enough to take me in at 6:30 pm. Great attention to detail, even at the end of the day and past closing. Pleasant. Good price especially considering the paraffin dip. Y’all should go here.

This was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing. I had the most relaxing pedicure. Everyone there was super friendly. The pedicure came out great! The woman gave me a really long foot & leg massage, which included hot stones (I’ve never had before). I loved it. They also dipped my hands in the paraffin wax for free! My hands are so soft. I’m so happy to have found my new mani & pedi place!

Staff is very friendly, Place is small and clean.
A lot of color options for nail polish.
I do gel Nails and they are very careful about details.
Wax gloves are a plus!
They dip your hand into this wax box and after few minutes they easily remove it and your hands are as soft as baby skin!

Love this place. Reasonably priced, very easy to make an appointment or walk in, and Jennifer gives truly great massages to tired feet. Definitely recommend!

LOVE this place! The rates are reasonable and they do a fabulous job with pedicures, manicures, and acrylics. I get my fills every other week and couldn’t be happier! The staff is friendly and they take a long, careful time with your nails. I bring all of my girlfriends here too. Recommended!

Best pedicure ever. Great leg massage with hot stones. Very nice owner. They took us right in when we called and I said we were from out of town and only had today. Price can’t be beat. Next time I visit my sister in Harvard, MA I will be sure to come back.
