I normally do not write reviews for fast food but I had an incredibly disappointing visit at this Dairy Queen today. I am a fan of Dairy Queen and have been saving my monthly ice-cream splurge for a blizzard. I decided to go in to order because I thought it may be quicker than the drive through. The girl working the register was very unpleasant and seemed to be very inconvenienced by me. After taking two more customer orders, she then made those orders and delivered them before asking me a second time what I had ordered. All the while, there was a second girl working who was wiping down equipment and not attempting to help out. I was standing there nearly 10 minutes before I received my order and it was incorrect once I did receive it, however I did not request a new order because I was just ready to get out of there. The restaurant was also dirty, as other reviews have stated. Floors were dirty and there were several flys. This location seems to be poorly managed, I would avoid this location if you can.

Restaurant was dirty, ceiling tiles were stained and there was loose insulation on top of the cup dispenser. Staff were indifferent bordering on rude. We stopped during the lunch hour and service was very slow. Food was ok, although I’ve had much better at Dairy Queen in the past.

The blizzards are great, but the restauraunt is dirty. The ceiling tiles are dirty, sagging and look like they are falling down, the vents in the ceiling are very dirty. I saw a bag of buns left open instead of closed where germs/dirt, etc could get in. I saw boxes stored on the floor in the kitchen. There always seems to be 5 – 6 workers there, you’d think it would be cleaner.
