Starbucks

Drive thru is very busy so sometimes just run in. Nice interior design, very good for studying or doing something quick for work. Overall good spot to catch up on a little work or read a book. Staff are very nice too.

Ordered a triple shot mocha on 2÷12÷16. The original cup must have had a hole in it so they plunked the cup with a hole inside a second cup. The second cup had coffee from the first and leaked all over when I went to take a sip. The person driving told me that the woman handed him the cup and was giggling about it. This, after waiting in drive thru line for 45 minutes. I gave one extra star because I have had decent service inside the store. I will never go back to this store after this experience. Just incredibly badly managed, and horrible customer service to think something like that was acceptable.

This is the worst starbucks. The location is horrible and the service is always slow. As I am typing this 2 cars have left the drive thru line.

Very friendly staff and always get my order rite. But the parking is a huge problem in this branch.

This Starbucks has got to be the slowest drive thru in America… I went through the drive thru twice and I think I was in line each time for about 20 minutes. The times I went through was not even peak times… No, thank you. There is another drive thru on Cedar road that is really fast and delivers awesome drinks. Also, I did go inside the store once and was not impressed. The barista’s are not friendly and they all seem to either be talking to each other or running around like incompetent duds… I think the multitasking of drive thru and walk in customers is too much for these people. They also did not acknowledge the customers and say something like «we will be right with you.»

Staff is always very friendly and recognizes me whenever I go through the drive thru. Everything’s always perfect.

The baristas are friendly, quick and accurate. The food and drink tasty. The bathrooms are clean and smell nice. Why couldn’t I give it more stars? It’s VERY small and the parking and drive thru are HORRENDOUS!!! I really do try to avoid this Starbucks, but if I need a fix and I’m in the area, I’m here.

One of the BEST Starbucks out there. LOVE the employees. Super friendly, fast and efficient. Always brightens my day when I walk in here. Shoutout to the amazing staff!

Aside from the club of grumpy old men sitting in the center of the room, this is actually a nice Starbucks. Here to meet a friend… not a coffee guy. But I could totally see coming here at lunch with my work laptop and getting stuff done. Big dining/​sitting area… nice staff… and building doesn’t look dull — unique locale. I wish I lived closer!

My husband everyday stop before work or before we get our day started on his off day, since it’s next to where we live .The staff is very nice, friendly, and they know my husband order right when he pull up to order !

I’ve never had a good cup of coffee at any Starbucks. I don’t get it. The only thing I can figure is that people go to Starbucks for their specialty drinks, hot or cold.

I have been to this particular Starbucks numerous of times and never had an issue until recently as in with in a few months. First of all, I love the new look of the place its very nice… But that about it. I am very upset with the new staff here. I don’t like them at all. She’s lucky that I don’t have her name here on my receipt or I would tell her about herself. She’s a short white heavy set female with dark hair and she’s loud. I asked for a tall coffee and she’s looking at my cup like, what size is this. If you weren’t running your mouth about nonsense then maybe she would have heard me. So anyway, I tell her «well, I asked for a tall». I didn’t say it in a rude way, I wasn’t trying to be rude and on that particular day I happened not to feel good anyway so I just wanted to get the hell out of there. And she wanted to be a smart ass about it and mumble something to her co worker and he looked directly at me so I know the little bitch was talking about me. Really? For what? Just do your fucking job it’s just a tall fucking coffee in a personal cup. I was so pissed that I didn’t even ask what kind of tea they had because I really did feel bad. This new group of people that they hired are full of shit and they are just nasty. One more time, and I’m calling corporate. Don’t play with me.

Wasn’t able to make a purchase because it was extremely busy, with the drive-​thru at a location on the corner of a busy intersection. It’s very narrow and jams up quickly from people entering from SOM Center and Mayfield. Chose to go to a different location

Can’t go wrong here — until they write Natloo on your cup. I guess it’s part of the charm. So long as pumpkin is in stock, I am a regular!

Nicer inside since the 2014 remodel. But always piled with boxes! They should have include a storeroom in that remodel. Instead, the seating area is piled with sky-​high stacks of junk half the time.
If I wanted to lurk among mountains of forgotten boxes, I could just stay home.
But, the beverages are fine. And you can sometimes get washables instead of disposables, if you ask.
Best of all: they’re open later than other places. Midnight Saturday, 11pm the rest of the week.

Love the drive thru. Makes it so easy with a toddler in the cat. Everyone is always so friendly and proves great service

I don’t usually spend $ 4 for a cup of Joe, but when I do, I come to this joint. The only downside is the staff are overly friendly and talkative which I despise in the drive through line. As if I use the drive through because I have time to blow off listening to you use many words of meaningless conjecture. I also can’t stand their sizing descriptions. If you are going to use Italian adjectives, use them with meaning and leave out «Tall», which is meaningless to the other sizes in Italian. Oh and stop correcting me after I place my order with the correct ordering of words! If I order a Grande Vanilla Late, stop repeating back to me «Vanilla Late Grande». Is this another sick way to create small talk before we meet at the window? I don’t need your friendship. Just take my money with a smile and hand me the dam Late! Please!

I am not a Starbucks fan overall. I much prefer a cup of independent coffee any day. But I have to give credit where credit is due. This Starbucks consistently makes great drinks. They do have a team of baristas so they rotate people but they are very consistent. Bravo. And the drive-​thru is always efficient.

Hey … it’s a Starbucks. But I adore this location, which I think was a bank in a former life (I think that’s a vault by the door). The building has far more character than the average strip-​mall mass-​market ‘bux.
When I’ve been in, I’m treated well, and get the same service I’d expect. Nothing more, nothing less … so this place earns an extra star from me for the character of the space.

Good location for coffee and espresso. This building does not look like it was built originally for Starbucks. From the outside — it looks like it used to be something else and then was taken over by Starbucks.
There is some seating inside. The staff were very friendly. For some reason, they lost my order. But they were very apologetic and quickly made iced latte. They also gave me a coupon for a free drink to make up for the faux pas.
This location also has a Drive Thru.
