Stellar customer service, service mind you delivered by none other than the lady in charge(THEPHARMACIST). Its all too often those of us on the consumer end of a routine or otherwise interaction with a chemist at any chain pharmacy, to feel exhausted and probed. In one other such incident, experience similar to this«extenuating circumstance» in which ill spare you the details for sake time and frankly privacy, it transpired very differently and painfully and with less success on said other occasion. Not that the poor handling of customer issue is rampant but this type of dilemma I doubt is an isolated incident and willing to bet more often than not when presented with the particular set of circumstances I offered, an altercation between a pharmacist and consumer may ensue… It can feel criminalt or as if an interrogation or decimation of character assassination is underway, giving of a general feeling of distrust on behalf of the prescribing party thus making the whole ordeal needlessly painful. Any encounter with a store authority can b stressful but when it’s an individual who is, by all extensive purposes, the keeper of your meds, the potential for level heads failing to prevail is high. When an issue does arise it starts with the person in charge an industry consultant and pharmacists alike. If he or she is truly interested in customer service, they’ll comply within the scope of their powers and within legal perameters without passing judgement or taking into account personal agendas and will ultimately provide assistance to the best of their ability. Often that’s a number that consumers can call at all reasonable hours to speak with a representative who’s in a position to help so on and so forth. blah blah blah… Be it a C.S. help line If you will… THEN there are a select few individuals such as(SARA) *SP* who take that burden upon themselves. In a field where DEAFBILE and any other assortment of cringe-worthy acronyms mandate strict and ever changing laws, it’s difficult for the layman, ie: myself to navigate. So when the help of a pharmacist in tackling that maze of confusion, going above and beyond all in yhe while maintaining store, state and federal law to rectify and ultimately successfully fill my script, is ordered unprovoked, I lend her my gratitude and respect along with patronage as long as I’m in the Mayfield Heights area.

Love this Rite Aid location for one specific reason. The nail polish selection. It’s outstanding. In general it’s a nice clean, yet pricey Rite Aid, but I always go to check out the polish selection. It’s my not so secret addiction!

Love this Rite Aid location! It’s never busy, which might be bad for them, but it’s great for me because I can get in and out without standing in line like at other drug stores.(Walgreens, I’m talking to you!) The cashiers are always über friendly and the pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing. I only have one prescription that I get filled occasionally, and the pharmacist knows me by name. It’s nice to have that personal touch. I know that if I ever have any questions that aren’t answered by the 20 page leaflet that comes along with my medicine, she’ll be more than willing to answer my questions.
