Rarely do I write reviews about hospitals but I gotta give credit where credit is due. This was the friendliest most efficient ER experience I have ever had. The nurses, doctors and specialists were excellent.

Stay as far away from this facility as possible. There is no communication between patient and the doctors and their incompetence will keep you in the hospital for days longer than you need. Follow up care with this hospital is just as bad if not worse than the hospital itself.

Probably the most UN PATIENT friendly healthcare provider I have ever dealt with. If you choose them, be ready to be the middle man between them and your health insurance. Going on 2 months trying to get a routine medication with a prior authorization. I’m not saying they are BUT they come off as very lazy and not willing to take the extra step to help a patient.

Let’s put it this way after living near the hospital for over 15 yrs and unfortunately this being a convenient location and also the nearest location in emergency events I’ve had the displeasure of having to go there many times for family, friends or myself. Customer service is horrible, I’ve witnessed many medical errors and lack of empathy from staff. Cleveland clinic should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hospital. I can go on and on and on about multiple negative experiences that I’ve had here but I don’t want to waste precious time on such a horrible facility. Bottom line try your hardest to avoid this facility.

Hillcrest Hospital offers some first class service. I spent some time there years ago for my cardiac rehab. The staff there took a lot of interest in taking good care. For outpatient care in the atrium, they are just as good service. It is great to rate the hospital and it’s not a place I would like to be a regular here. (You know what I mean). If you are healthy, you won’t be a regular here at the hospital. If you happen to be, you will be well taken care of as they have some of the nicest and most professional medical staff on hand.

Went on a tour on Sunday to see the new Seidman addition and it was great. The rooms are bright and the new hospital wing has everything you would need in case your situation calls for it. The new addition is mainly for Neonatal care and Cancer patient /​life support (hospice) patients. I just loved the new wing.
Hillcrest is the hospital that we are going to have our baby. They are getting high marks from both people we’ve talked to and Doctors from the Cleveland Clinic. Seems like a easy access hospital with plenty of parking.
