I am not from Ohio but I do have a coworker there. Instead of using the chain florist I found these folks on Unilocal.All of their reviews suggested they were great, completely agree.
I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who suggested a few things within my price point. He also helped get my Unilocal discount to work. He was very patient and put together the perfect birthday bouquet.

These guys do such a great job. I live out of town, and have been using Mayfield Floral for years to send flowers on my mom’s birthday. I give them what I want to pay and tell them to go to town, and the arrangements are always gorgeous! Every year it’s a great value — there are a LOT of flowers. This year’s was delivered in less than three hours. The people are wonderful and year after year they continue to wow. Highly recommend.

Got the name of this florist from my cousin who lives in Cleveland. Need flowers for my aunt. Got on Mayfield’s website and called after hours. Spoke to Theresa who was exceptionally helpful, thorough, and polite. She helped me narrow down my options and agreed that Spring Sonata was the best choice. Even said that she would leave a note for the florist as I was uncertain how to access a promotional code. Easy to see why this florist is rated so well.

I called last minute for a corsage. I really didn’t have an idea of what I wanted so I deferred to their judgement. The corsage was ready when I picked it up 30 minutes later and was absolutely beautiful and very reasonable. I highly recommend Mayfield Floral!

I ordered flowers for a family member through their website and they were beautiful! The website was really easy to use. I even had to call them to change my delivery date to the same day and they were extremely accommodating. The flowers were delivered on time and I received an email confirmation after delivery. All in all, a seamless process and an amazing flower arrangement. Their customer service was also excellent.

Ordered multiple arrangements over the phone for family members who live in town.
1. Phone support was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
2. Were able to discuss budget and what can happen for each price point without feeling pressured.
3. The staff understood my need to send flowers to multiple people, but to have the arrangments look different. (Hey, they are goign to get together over the holiday. and when they compare notes I didn’t want them to think they got something that was cookie cutter.)
4. All our recipients were delighted with the flowers.
5. Timely delivery with email confirmation. (Great for handling long distance communication!)

Stopped in to get a last minute bouquet of flowers for a birthday on Sunday, the arrangement was beautiful, well priced and above all else, the customer service was top notch. When I walked in, the sweetest lady greeted me and asked what she could help me with. She talked me through the different flowers and options for the arrangement and was extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful and nice! Without question the best florist experience I’ve ever had! The shop is decorated beautifully and the selection is great. Will definitely be using them for all my floral needs in the future!

First time I’ve used them. By all accounts the arrangement was lush, fresh, gorgeous. On Mother’s Day (day before, actually, if I remember), the delivery guy, though arrive fairly late in the evening on a busy holiday, made sure my mom got the flowers when she was hard to pin down. Decent price. Very nice — I’m happy.

I ordered flowers through their site to a retiring client in Mayfield Village. They delivered promptly the next day to the office, but the flowers were never given to the client by the front desk. I reached out to Mayfield Floral to remedy the situation (a week later) as my client hadn’t received the flowers (not to their fault). They were gracious enough to send the flowers to the now retired client at home. That’s great customer service. My client was so appreciative of the beautiful floral arrangements.
