I have lived here at The Terrace at Butler for 2 and a half years. The staff is top notch and always helps when I need anything. I have only needed maintenance a few times since I’ve lived here but when I’ve called, the were quick to get everything taken care of. Its very obvious that the great staff and maintenance love the property and its residents.

What an experience. I have lived here over two years and have really enjoyed this community. It is quiet and just received a makeover. My unit had beautiful plantation style blinds and really nice countertops. It is easily accessible to I-​85 and I-​385. Near dining and shopping. Management is quick to respond to any request. The
Pool us beautiful as is the newly remodeled Clubhouse. The fitness center is perfect for a workout too.
