Dairy Queen

My husband and I wanted ice cream, so we drove 10 miles for it. Big mistake.
I ordered the strawberry cheesecake and my husband got the s’mores blizzard. His was fine. Mine had one hunk of cheesecake and three quarters of it was vanilla ice cream, wasn’t even mixed! So I went inside to have it remade. I stood at the counter and was ignored (the staff looked at me and didn’t even smile) for five minutes. Finally the drive-​thru girl asked me what I needed and I told her my problem. I asked her to remake it correctly. She then turns around and yells «WHO MADE THE BLIZZARDS IN DRIVE THRU? IT WASNT ME!» Then she handed it to the older lady I assumed was the manager and stomped off. The manager asked me what was wrong and I had to again explain. By now, I’m angry. I told her I just wanted my money back. At least she gave me an apology.
We went to Sonic and I got ice cream there. It was so good, and friendly service. The owners of this Dairy Queen need to fix their staff.

The service is not so good very slow hand you all of your ice cream treats and then make you wait 15 more minutes for your hot food.
I ordered the 5 buck lunch and got my ice cream quickly and then waited 10 minutes for my sandwich in fries which were cold.

Good place for shakes and blizzards. They serve good burgers and the chicken strip basket is good too. They always seem to have cars in the drive-​thru, sometimes too many.
