What a terrific experience. The A/​C at my house went out, and it has been a blazing summer. I called Quality Comfort and they were able to schedule me in for the next day. The time frame was late morning, early afternoon. The best part was that Linda gave me pointers on how to get air circulating in my home without doing more damage to my unit. At 10 am my phone rang, and the service tech was in route to my home. I arrived at 10:20 and he had isolated the problem and was making the repair. After the unit began to work he then did a diagnostic to make sure there wasn’t any further issues. My house cooled off 3 degrees while I was there, and I was back at work by 11:22. The price was fair and reasonable, I would recommend this company to anyone.
