While Dr. Ben was nice enough, he did not complete the eye exam process. I took my 16 yo son for glasses and a contact lens prescription. Dr. Hobbs immediately dialated son’s eyes before beginning the exam process. Though he spoke at length about contact lens safety and spoke of fitting him for lenses, he didn’t perform an exam.
