I seriously think I’d crash my car again just to work with these guys.
I brought my RAV4 in with a destroyed driver-side door. They quoted me about $ 2.5K, about what I’d expect, and said it’d be done in less than two weeks. Given that this was two days before Christmas I didn’t think twice about the repair time.
They texted me everyday for the last two weeks with an updated picture of the car and a status/ETA for the repairs. They called me right on time and when I asked what I’d owe them upon picking up the car, they told me they’d cut my deductible in half — a late Christmas present, they said. When I first saw the car, the damage was unrecognizable and they had cleaned the car inside and out. It looks better now than it ever did before.
For the record, Sal was the one taking care of me. I’d recommend him and Certified Collision again any day.

I’ve dealt with CCS a couple times now and always walked away impressed. Recently, my driver’s side window came off the track and they fixed the problem right away, because it may have been left over from work done a couple months ago. If the insurance company would cover the repair, they’ll take care of it, if not, I’ll be able to pay for the part at cost and CCS is throwing in the labor for free.
They do a great job of keeping me informed and working within the timelines I need. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent work at a fair price! Before engaging CCS we did our research and received estimates from several well known competitors.
No other company compared in customer service nor quality of repair to CCS.
Sal was wonderful to work with. He professionally worked with our insurance company insurance and kept us informed throughout the repair process.

Follow up on service I got at CCS. I was promptly greeted by the front desk staff and expeditiously greeted by This collusion repair shop is top notch and Sal is the man!!! He collaborated with insurance companies and coordinated my repairs to complete satisfaction! My vehicle was washed and prepared for delivery back to me. Sal walked through repaired performed and he explained the warranty on repairs. This shop is highly recommended and professionalism with a personal touch was provided, if you have any damage to your vehicle take it here and see for yourself!

I can’t say enough good things about this business.
They took over the communication with my insurance company once they had my car, and took care of everything. I was able to get a rental car right there, which made my life so much easier. My car was showroom beautiful when I got it back. You’d never know it was damaged. I got pictures sent to my cell every day once repairs started, and the staff was a dream to work with.
I couldn’t have asked for more!
