I avoid this BB&T branch if at all possible. I can pull up and be the only customer inside or out and it will still take five to seven minutes to make a simple deposit. I think the tellers here know that if they move slowly enough and give poor service, that customers will go to another branch and leave them alone. I have watched the tellers deep in personal conversation acting like they were put out when they had to actually help a customer. This review is base on over ten years experience, stopping by at least 10 times per year.

Poor customer service waited for 10 minutes in line, I was the second customer in line. There were 3 ladies, one with a customer the other two walking around chatting.
