The wings are of standard quality for a wing joint. The yeast rolls are DELICIOUS!
I would have rated this 4 stars, but the employees need better training. No sense of urgency when customers are waiting.
Buffalo Wild Wings is better for flavor and value.

Great wings. Very bad phone and in person customer service.
Order on line and check the order at pick up. My husband love this place but we’re always missing something.

Waited in line to try to order and had to listed to clerk and customer argue who said what wrong. Finally I walked out while they were still arguing.
2^nd and last time in there. The food ain’t that good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve come to this location a couple of times now and the service is getting worse and worse. My first bad experience happened a month ago when I placed an order for pickup. I was told that there was a 20 minute wait, so I arrived 25 minutes later. I’m not terribly impatient, but after 15 minutes of waiting, I was told by the cashier that it would be another 10 minutes. But then 45 minutes go by without food. I kept inquiring every 15 minutes until they admitted that they ran out of wings and the owner left to get some more. But then why lie? Answer, the owner didn’t want to return my money, very greedy. So at the hour mark I was told that I would not get a refund. Now cut to the second even worse experience. Again, I order the food for pickup and I even waited an extra 10 minutes to give Wing stop a chance to complete the order on time. I get my order and head home, until I realize that half the order is missing. I call and I talk to the most disinterested employee ever. She responds, «yeah we know we have your wings» then why didn’t you call the number I gave you for pickup? Just lazy employees. I ask her to at least get me fresh wings when I return. I arrive and they waited until I proved that I paid. Ok, im not trying to rip anyone off, but thanks for assuming I am, and btw, you were the guys that forgot the wings in the first place. I produce the receipt and I start to wait, and then I hear an employee in the back complain about me. I politely tell him that it’s not my fault that I didn’t get my wings. I ask for a partial refund so I’m not near these flunkies anymore. The rude cashier tells me that she needs to call the owner. Eventually, she returns and gives a full refund, which I didn’t ask for, and then I offered an olive branch and apologized for getting frustrated. She gives me the stink eye and turns her back to me without saying a word. The wings are good, but not good enough to put up with that kind of treatment. Go to another Wing stop.

Wings wings wings. How do I love the wings. These were great, and I never get a bad batch at a Wing Stop. I just would never think a wing stop would run out of sauce. Teriyaki! OMG! But that’s ok, at least for today, and that is why the 4 stars when this place deserves a constant 5. So, I opted for the Parmesan Garlic — crunchy good wings!
Go for the fries every time. They are truly hand cut and have a spice that cannot be duplicated. I even poked my nose into the kitchen (which is open) to see if I can spot a spice rack or something.

My friend and I ordered here late on a Friday. My friend was thirsty and wanted some water. My friend was told that they didn’t have any sample cups for fountain or tap water. He would have to buy a cup of water or bottled water. It was close to quitting time and the worker’s ride /​family member came in and helped himself to something to drink for free. Double standard much Matteson Wingstop?

Pretty good stuff. I get the tenders usually. The fries aren’t so great and you have to wait longer than you may expect for your food. A bit expensive, too, but that is typical for places like this.

I wanted to be on the safe side so decided to try regular wings what are so called, «original hot»… What I expected was the same Wild Wings sauce that I get it home but something entirely differentis going on here. It was thick and garlicky and spicy and vinegar-​y and neon orange… and yes it did stain my fingertips, however I wear this proudly as a badge of honor. 2 other patrons were in the store at the same time as me and habanero I wish I had had the guts to try them… As for now I am dipping my finger into the remaining sauce wishing I had 20 piece wings instead of just 10. until next time Monday and Tuesday are 60 cent boneless wings and I have officially what’s this in my calendar as a meeting from now until the end of time.

My chicken was hard and old, plus they didn’t put enough sauce nor cheese on my garlic Parmesan chicken.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! How can it be healthy when the sauce stains you fingers for 2 days??? The wings were significantly smaller than any I have ever seen before. CHEAP AND LOW QUALITY! The fries were waaay to salty! Hot sauce was gross! Front counter was very unfriendly! Took FOREVER to get out food (30 min)…And to top it off had the Sh*ts from it… Nuff said!

The wings are delicious and the service is great! The first time I had ever been to a Wingstop, the guy behind the counter took the time to explain a few of the different flavors to me without making me feel rushed. My favorite kind are the boneless parmesan garlic. They are even good reheated! The fries have a good seasoning, and the rolls are decent. The stars are definitely the wings! I also like how you can get a 10 piece combo with either two different flavors or all of one flavor. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry since all wings are cooked to order. They are worth the wait!

Today was my first time at a Wingstop and I must admit the wings were pretty good and I like that they cook to order. If I ever do a super bowl party I will purchase wings from Wing Stop.

So there’s really no excuse why yours can’t be exceptional. A dedicated wing joint (see what I did there?) that makes mediocre wings while taking its sweet time doing it. I came here one evening on my break, and the place wasn’t particularly full, yet it took a good 25 – 30 minutes to complete my order of 20 wings. I’ll go to B-​Dubs on any Thursday and have the wings on my table in no later than 15 minutes at a fraction of the price, wings far more superior in taste and variety, and with way better service.

Finally a decent wing place in this area. I ordered boneless hot and parmesan garlic wings, and chile lime and lemon pepper traditional wings. Also got potato salad and fries. The hot, parmesan garlic, and lemon pepper wings were great. The potato salad and fries were ok, nothing special. Really didn’t like the chile lime wings. They recently opened, so the service was a bit slow, but overall it’s a good option in the area.

Finally a WingStop in the long-​forgotten Matteson area. I’ve been to this location several times since it opened and the service and food have improved with each visit. It seems like I somehow end up with way more wings than I paid for, which is always nice. I just wish they had the cool Coke machines many of the other locations have.
