Panda Express

I went to location on Lincoln hwy in Matteson. I had to wait 15 mins before anyone even asked what i wanted to order and there reason for the wait was because they were cooking everything to order. I ordered the Panda feast, they said that they were out of the large containers and that they wete going to use medium containers but only 1 and a half. I said no it should be two. The lead person name Bernice initially told me no because her manager instructions. I said well ill call corporate and then she called her manager and got the approval. All the boxes were not full especially the walnut shrimp which was one and half. I called back Bernice throughout this whole process had nothing but attitude and it got worst when i called back about my shrimp. She refused to give any information to contact management and hung up on me. I spent almost 40 dollars on a meal that im not satisfied with. This is surprising to me because ive been hoing to this location for years. Im really upset with my food and very poor service.
I called the next day and spoke with the manager Vianey. She was very polite and professional. Vianey was kind enough to replace my meal because she said that she valued me as a long time customer and she also values her store reputation of customer service. I will continue to dine here because of the manager Vianey.

I go here pretty frequently for lunch. I never have had a problem here and the food is always fresh and good. They were never out of anything as the other person described. The manager, Stephanie, is always helpful and nice. So is every one else I have encountered. The location is clean and there is typically enough seating as well as seating outside under a big canopy. I recommend this location.

Horrible! Went on a Friday around 5pm, not many choices available. I got the chow mein, honey walnut shrimp and the jumbo shrimp. Took it home and the noodles were dry with no sauce, the shrimp had the shell still on them then the breading over it. Had to throw it away. If it wasn’t so far of a drive back I would have brought the food back to show them. I will not go back.
