Just wanted to let everyone know of my pleasant shopping experience at Office Max tonight. I only needed a few things and found everything. The entire store was neatly organized and well stocked. Items that were on sale were clearly identified. The cashier was polite, helpful and professional. As we approach school supply season, remember to visit our very own Office Max in Matteson!

I had sent some things to be printed via the internet and went to pick them up. Unfortunately, their system did not automatically print my jobs, so I had to wait while it was done. David could not have been nicer or more apologetic. He even cut the cards for me for free. He was truly the nicest retail person I have encountered in a long time. I’ll definitely use them again. I’ll just call ahead to see if my jobs have been printed.
