Richard is very marginal and extremely unprofessional.
— He isn’t always prompt in getting the problem solved.
— He doesn’t seem to believe in putting in new parts, of the required type, if he can help it.
— He screws up more often than you would expect, but always has a handy lie to explain it.
— He is very disrespectful and bordered on getting thrown out of the house on several occasions.

I contacted my home warranty about my ac unit and they sent a referral to s a h&a. My confirmation service request said I would be contacted within 2 days to set an appointment. YIKES! It is 107 degrees and climbing this week…2 days is a lifetime in this heat! I called them (s a h&a) and they sent Jose out the next day within a 4 hr window. Jose was there within 2 hrs and fixed the ac unit in under an hour! Great job Jose!

Richard is awesome. Always there when we needed him, right away. Never over charged, in fact went out of his way to do us right. Love this company. Good local business.
