Not much in terms of selection of lotions.
For non-members– VERY EXPENSIVE! double price on everything if you’re not a member. That’s ridiculous and clearly a huge rip off. They’ve got to make a decent profit on their members so they’re definitely abusing their non-members. And I get it, you want there to be a reason for people to become members but wow! Double the price is horrific!
The sales girl is extremely pushy. Told her I’m just in the area for right now– literally waiting on a restaurant to open in an hour and I had to tell her 3x that I only want a single session. I even said I don’t live around here which she could see on my license when I had to do paperwork. Jeez lady, back off!!!
Environment is very brown. Very cliché.
Clean for the most part.
This place will suit your needs, especially if you like the pushy-ness.

I have not been to this salon in over 3 years, I just received a bill for over $ 300.00 from a collection agency. I was told because I did not put it in writing and sent to the head office certified mail when my paid membership was over they have continued to bill me for that, BEWARE. I was never contacted until today. I have tried to contact the head office and of course no one answers the phone. I left 2 messages and have not got a response. I can not even find there address.

I went here and joined for a 1 month membership in MAY, they had told me they would cancel it as soon as the month ended, They never canceled this, I even had spoke to there corporate office several times to discover they never followed through with the cancelation and are STILL continuing to bill me, it is now September. The only way I could stop the charges was through my credit card, disputes, and cancel. There service was very unprofessional, and I recommend no one should go through this for a tanning salon. Be careful when you sign up.

I love love love soleil tans! I’m original from nj and when ever I get a chance to go home from the city I always make a stop here for my daily bronze fix. They staff is soo friendly and totally know what they are talking about. Also the beds are clean and up to date! I always leave her a golden goddess!

I love this salon. I find everyone to be so helpful, friendly and funny! The salon is always spotless and they are always running some sort of special (sign up for them!). Not only that — they give back to the community too. The holidays there are food drives. Right now there is a school supply drive. And they give free tans just for dropping off stuff and you also get entered to win free tans! In a world of everything «automated» it’s nice to see a business that not only answers the phone — they understands customer service. And the concept we can give our money to anyone… So they let you know they truly appreciate your business is many many ways!

Edit: Shawn from Soleil took care of my problem and i am very satisfied! I will be returning to Soleil to go tanning. When i called he returned my call within minutes and also gave me a free week of tanning!

Everytime I come here I am treated like family. I am personally not a tanner, however, they also have other services such as teeth whitening, which is what I use. Everything is taken care of and kept clean at all times. I’ve seen some other customers ask questions about the spray tanning option they offer, as well as the differences in the numerous tanning beds they have.
I’ve been to all 4 locations because I’m always traveling along the area when i’m in town. If you end up frequenting here, you can tell they hire based on personality and character better than most businesses out there. It’s a smart idea because you have to make sure your customers are always taken care of no matter what.

Very bad customer service. For some reason they advertise on Groupon but they do not want business. They do not return phone calls. Spray tans are by appointment only but they refuse to give you one. Have no idea how they stay in business!
