I cannot disagree more with the previous review. I had a hugely helpful experience with JohnnyIce after Sandy. Bob was responsive, professional and thought creatively, allowing me to install a great new system; and he was as prompt as possible, given the circumstances. I have needed a little trouble shooting and he has been very reliable. I am really appreciative, and I highly recommend his company.

Stands by their Work. ⁹⁄₁₂ AC Compressor died. Order part through them and they installed. Project went well.
5÷20÷13: Went to start 1^st time of 2013, no Freon. Bob — owner came out ID problem, took full (100%) of responsibility for intallers «possbile» mistake re: tightening a fitting and maybe not following proper proceedure and it broke the seal on the fittting to the tube connecting to compressor that created a very slow minor leak.
Compressor and labor under 12 months warranty covered all including 8lbs of new freon (very expensive).
Bobs a good guy and very trust worthy. I will hire again and highly recommed to others.
