Eyes First Vision Center

I found this place through my insurance, and on recommendations from friends.
Dr Lipchak and staff were great. Very friendly. it was easy to make an appointment.
The doctor took his time to explain every detail about my eyes.
They performed a multitude of tests on my eyes. No eye dilation required, so I was able to drive home.
The staff helped answer all my insurance questions. The took the time to explain every detail of the discounts, rebates offered. I think I went back and asked 5 or 6 questions, and I did not see any eye rolling, and no short answers. Just lots of smiles at 6:00 PM at night. That’s a plus to see everyone still happy after a long day.
Eyes First has a large selection of eye wear. I wasn’t expecting a large selection for men, but I found a sporty frame from Nike.
I was very happy with the over-​all experience. The only negative, I thought the price was high compared to Pearl Vision. Maybe it’s due to Pearl being a chain, and has the ability to offer lower prices due to the bulk ordering.
The pictures of my eye were actually cheaper than some other places. It was only $ 16.00 here, and I heard it was $ 30 in some other places.
In any cases I would go back to them in the future, and would recommend to a friend.

Called today for an appt. Boy was the receptionist rude, didnt ask how I was doin or anything; just said «what is it.» I made a simple request regarding insurance eligibility and was responded with snarly and curtness. She was the woorst. How do they expect to get new businews treating customers like blind garbage. Hot shame. eyes first? More like grime first.

Nicest eye doctors. Woke up with what I thought was pink eye called as soon as they opened they told me to come right over. They took me right in not pink eye something in my eye Dr Lipchack fixed me up spent enough time with me to make sure my pain was gone. No rush at all. I’ve been going there for years they are the best nice staff too.
