White Oaks

this apartment complex started out great –utilities included, nice grounds. but no repairs ever get done. i’ve been waiting over 2 months for water damage repairs to get done. it is like an amazon rain forest in my bathroom. the owner, who is crazy, was actually monitoring the amount of time i flushed my toilet. i was on a med that made me pee a lot. and he actually walked into my apartment to adjust the air conditioner. these people are nuts. utilities or not it is not worth it. getting repairs done is impossible, to the point that you are blown off. i have written the health department and am contacting the building department on monday. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE — it is just not worth the hassle. and let me tell you they put on a good front, but that’s all that is is a good front!
