It took way too long to resolve considering the furnace did not work at all during the winter. It took about 10 days and 3 service calls to resolve the issue. When Artic Air determined the final part needed, they had it delivered via «standard ground» from the distributor/​manufacturer, which took much longer. With a furnace being non-​functional in the winter, I should have been given the option for overnight delivery. In addition, Artic Air consistently did not call me back in the timeframe they requested.
