This is located in what would best be described as a dying shopping center! Rundown, dish of old, tired looking and that’s just the workers; a few bargains to be found but you will get absolutely no assistance in locating them and when you get to check out, the line will be long

Not only was the store disgustingly disorganized, but the cashier neglected to put all my items in the bag, and when we got home & called the store there was no answer. I returned to the store the following day after work with my receipt and was told I couldn’t have the items. I asked if the money could be returned to the gift card, the answer was no. I asked the man why I couldn’t have the items or reimbursement when it was clearly their employees mistake; he told me it was policy and continued to tell me there was nothing he would do because of «policy» I will NEVER be returning.

This store is pretty much hit or miss. If you look, you could find great buys on great stuff. I did find a great piece of luggage, and some of their housewares are nice. I think that the menswear section is the weakest part of the store.
The staff is generally helpful.
You may want to stop by here from time to time to check things out, or maybe to come here first before you go to another store.

I bought swim shorts here and realized they were too small so i went to return them and i didn’t have the receipt but according to there policy i didn’t need it i would just get a store credit which i was cool with then they scan it and say this isn’t in are data base (still don’t know how that’s possible) then i here the workers there whispering this was supposed to be 6 dollars but the amount i payed was 15 they gave me an attitude the whole time. They explained to me that it was there fault that they had put the wrong tag on but they still didnt give me my many back. As i was walking out a lady told me the same thing have happened to her numerous times. Poorly managed store so i would suggest not going.

Had a very bad shopping experience in this TJ Maxx. Very poor product selection and bad attitude from store staff. They ignore you!

This store is always such a mess! I’ve been to others that are so lovely, you feel as though you are in a lovely department store! It’s such a shame! Today I need to get something to wear to an event, and I hesitate to go– you have to be in a certain mood to be able to see through the mess and find the bargains. i have been lucky, but it takes great patience.

Store is usually a mess but if you can get threw the chaos you can end up finding great deals. Employees are helpful and can send you in the direction you need. Not only great for cloths shopping but can find a lot of great home appliances, toys and even some great books.

You can find some great things at bargain prices if you are willing to sort through the shelves and racks that are a mess!
I love coming to TJ Maxx because if you are willing to look you can walk away with some awesome items for a great price.
Know your prices! Although I have found some great deals, there are some items I find to be overpriced and NOT a bargain.
Overall a great place to shop!

Do not step food inside this place if you have a weakness for designer bags. When you walk in the door, to your left is a well organized assembly of bags consisting of all colors, sizes and brands. I just can’t.
On to the other things. What fun this store is. I don’t really have time to scour through the clothing area as that really takes effort and is hit or miss. If anything the jeans area is where it’s at. But really I come here for the other things like shoes, sunglasses, scarves, socks, a gym bag, etc.
Overall a solid assortment of things in which any person who comes here will find an item of use. Great place to browse for gifts for those very hard to buy people. The store is not overwhelming and for the most part organized as much as it can be.
Once in a while you come across a steal that just makes you want to say out loud HAHA! …lol. I mean when you find a pair jeans that normally would cost you $ 100 and they are on clearance for about $ 20, come on! That’s why you have to come here and browse once in a while otherwise you will be missing out. :)
