Excellent in an area where great Chinese food is hard to come by these days. Chicken Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, Spare Ribs & Chicken & Eggplant with Garlic Sauce. Take Out only since there are only 2 tables and it would be difficult to find an open table. Tables weren’t cleaned anyway thus the 4 Starts & not 5 Stars.

Best Chinese food ever! Even after moving 15 minutes away I still would make the trip down here (and passing probably 10 other Chinese places along the way). I basically grew up eating Hunan New Jade. My late father was VERY picky with his Chinese food and he absolutely loved this place. Chicken and broccoli, lomein, chicken and string beans, chicken fried rice, egg drop soup, you name it. its all awesome. Haven’t been able to find a pint of chicken and broccoli that tops this place which is why I will keep coming back time and time again. No matter where I wind up moving.

i’d recommend hunan new jade for certain dishes… what they do right is truly fantastic — other stuff, not so much… any fried items i’ve had here have been truly phenomenal — sweet & sour chicken/​shrimp, crab rangoons, even egg rolls are all cooked to perfection… unfortunately dishes prepared outside the fryer are kinda ho-​hum — some of the worst boneless spare ribs i’ve ever tasted… i guess it really depends on what you’re in the mood for

My favorite local take out place. It’s family business and the two daughters help mom. the food is great, they are very fast, and it’s always a pleasure to walk in and pick up some steaming hot Chinese take out on those nights I’m starving but too tired to cook.
