I’ve only been in here once and the employees and owner are not as friendly as the other reviews suggest. Okay selection, but you expect that from a small mom and pop store. Worst part is that they make up their own hours. You would think the store hours posted on the front door would be sort of accurate… Nope. Tried to get a couple of things on multiple occasions(since I live right down the road), well within the hours posted on the door, and the store was closed. It’s pretty frustrating especially when you only need a couple of small things. The store seems to be open whenever the owner feels like it. Luckily there’s a small discount store that sells mostly everything that this hardware store sells. Will never rely on this store again.

Wow, great customer service. Was surprised at the knowledge of the salesperson. Easy parking, prices were ok, not as cheap as Home Depot, but I believe in supporting the Mom n Pop establishments first. Nice little town as well, got something to eat up the street at a restaurant that I will review next.

Wonderful Mom and Pop shop! Been around for over 30 years for good reason. Upon entering you are immediately welcomed by very friendly faces. Classic neighborhood joint. Love this hardware store and the one-on-one attention you receive when you go there. Run and operated by very friendly and lovely people. Lifelong fan and customer. Wish other shops were similar to Pequa Hardware. Forget about Home Depot, go to Pequa Hardware! You won’t regret it!

Townie hardware shop. I wandered in here post-brunch @ Jam down the road to pick up a couple of small things. This is what a small business is all about. Pequa hardware is the sort of place all the local yokels go to pick up their brass fittings and schmooze about their latest plumbing project. The store is on the small side and the prices are either on par or slightly higher than the big retail stores but you feel welcome when you walk in here. The guy running the place is as sweet as can be. You won’t find that at home dept!
