WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS OFFICE CAN
BE LICENSED BY THE STATE TO PRACTICE DENTISTRY IN SUCH
CONDITIONS!!!
The receptionist is too bussy on her cellphone to check patients in and make appointments. HIPAA violations such as calling patients by their full names and discussing their treatment options in front of other patients. Triple booking appointments in ONE SLOT. Dirty exam rooms chairs and instruments, expired medications, over 1 hr wait time to see the Dr who comes in and doesn’t even introduce himself is very rude and wears dirty scrubs!
(This is a father-​son practice? Way to go buddy, one thing’s for sure– this office won’t be open much longer!)
Unless you want to be treated like an animal, don’t become his patient!
