Well reading the reviews, i am considering buying my granddaughters schoold shoes elsewhere. I agree they have young girls selling shoes. I will go to a reliable shoe store in the future. I wanted to solicite neighborhood stores but I guess not.

Don’t shop here!!! Buyer beware!!! I’m a sanitation worker for the nyc dept of sanitation so i need work boots regularly as mine wear after time i had put down a deposit on a pair of shoes $ 60 to be exact during the winter when i returned to claim my $ 60 They didn’t honor my deposit towards a new pair of boots and kept my $.

My family has been going to this show store for years. Lately, I have to say, the majority of our experiences have not been good ones. Beside the fact of the feeling of being ripped off, I am not impressed with their customer service. They have mostly teenagers working there who don’t size children’s feet correctly. They sell you a wide shoe when it is not necessary. And when you try to return them, you are told you cannot do so. My daughter described the shoe was burning her foot. When I explained that to the manager, who I think is actually the owner, he said their is nothing he can do. And that was that.
