Employees here are rude and un friendly. I let them know the fountain was not working they did nothing to fix. I purchased a can of coke and got a small cup of ice. The cashier still insisted on charging me for a fountain drink and my can drink. I made the point of saying it’s not the customers fault that the fountain is out she basically told me to pay or get out.
Another poor experience i had at this location happened when the fountain machine was working. I got my drink went to pay not realizing I had two cups stuck together. The cashier assumed I was meaning to do this and charged me for two drinks.
This all sounds minor but it makes me want to never shop at any udf every again. Speedway is cheaper and have much better customer service!

UDF Landen is conveniently located on US ²²⁄₃. This makes stopping for fuel, food, snacks, drinks or ice cream easy and quick. The service inside is wonderful. Most workers have worked there for a long time. There is a mix of new faces and established faces.
The notable feature of UDF is ice cream! They are in competition with Whipty-​do down the road. UDF can typically beat their competition with lower prices and they stay open all year-​round. I usually stop at UDF Landen for malts and shakes. They frequently have large malts and shakes for $ 2.99 or run specials where you can upsize to the next biggest size for free. They also have $ 1.99 specials. You must stop in and see what this week’s special is. My favorite ice creams at UDF are the chocolate malt and a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough. UDF also has seasonal specials, too. Seasonal peach ice cream and peach milk shake is my favorite.
Prices for snacks, foods, drinks, and coffees have all risen late last year ’14. I think it is due to their new rewards fuel program. The rewards program saves money on fuel when you buy store items. It’s just that those store prices have all risen. I can buy those same store items somewhere else for cheaper. Local competition like Sonic, Speedway and Thornton’s keep me searching for the best price and best rewards for my spending choices.
One last note — UDF Landen is situated down the street from Landen Deerfield Park and this makes UDF Landen very popular with sports teams. With UDF Landen’s frequent specials, cheaper ice cream and location — UDF Landen is the local draw of sports teams, families and passing visitors who choose to celebrate with ice cream, shakes and malts!
