Took a clock there for repairs. Got it back reportedly working twice– didn’t work when I got it home. He had it for 2 years and couldn’t get it running. Wouldn’t provide any information about the status of the clock, only that he was still working on it and could never speak directly to him, only his wife. Seems to be a nice man and seems to love clocks, but that amount of time and lack of communication is unacceptable in my book.

A no show for my appointment to have my grandfather clock prepared for a move. He knew I was pressed for time. I made the appointment over a week in advance. Don’t use ever. I found better for cheaper.
