In regards to the comments this owner made on my previous review… First of all I don’t see why it is necessary to have a picture on a review sight. My picture has nothing to do with the way I feel about the service I received from this company. In fact I don’t know how a picture can «say a thousand words» about service. I don’t care how you look as long as you deliver quality service to your customers. Second of all, I only have one review posted on here in 5 years because I have only experienced service this horrible once in 5 years so I felt the need to warn others. These accusations are in no way false and I will gladly invite you over to see the damage you have done to our belongings (which is what I attempted to do years ago when it happened and never received a response.) Lastly, I find it hilarious that one of the only positive reviews on this company comes from a Gregory F… which just so happens to be the owners name. It’s just as sad that you have to write a positive review for yourself as it is that you think posting a picture of yourself has anything to do with the quality of your service. I will be happy to take down my negative review if you would do what most respectable business owners would do and own up to and fix your mistakes. In addition, maybe you can explain why it took you 5 years to respond to my review if you felt it was so false?
