It’s a local medical care facility that someone can usually get right in and out. But on the cold snowy day in Mason, Michigan that is not the case. I’m here for a severe case of heart burn that’s been bothering me the majority of my adult life but over the past 2 weeks has become out of control… popping pill after pill taking bottles of tums and going through it like candy and recently resorted to a tablespoon of vinegar(not fun feeling). All of these remedies have done nothing to assist or fix my burning sensation in my heart(and no its not love). The staff here is pretty pleasant and doesn’t seem like they hate their career path as some Urgent Cares I have attended. I’m guessing he or she will come in here tell me there prescribed meds for it not doing any tests or making sure GOD forbid I’m having anything life changing. Wait for it… nope still no doctor waiting 20 min in room nobody checking on me or letting me know when I will be seen. Thanks! So finally after waiting for about 40 minutes(little more) the doctor came in and said exactly that getting u prescription heart burn meds if it continues go get a scope done. Well folks my suggestion for myself and others is visit urgent care when it’s a last resort because the bedside Manor as they call it, missing it here
