If you’d like a highlight that is subtle and blended, Caitlin and Shanae will do a nice job for you. Caitlin gave me exactly what I asked for on my brow wax. I found all of the staff to be professional and have liked my blow outs.
I’m looking forward to being shown an expanded selection of hair swatches. (I’m used to having a lot of dramatic and intense hair swatches to choose from and will report back .)

Always friendly as soon as I walk in the door. Front desk is so attentive. Love Mike for my cut. I have short hair and he always makes it look fresh and not chopped off. My daughter has her eyebrows waxed and always perfect.

I enjoyed a wonderful, well-priced massage here today. They do a great job allowing you a 10-min foot soak before your massage. I think this is a great decompression tactic and it readies you for the calm. Masseuse was Anne — perfect. Calm tone. Confident touch. Understands how to dial up or down the needed pressure. She has strong hands! Facility is excellent. Spa space is small but adequate for the massage. Room got a little cold (which even Anne mentioned was strange) but nothing that would make me check three stars. Unique «finish» to the massage (go ahead, laugh) was the steam shower at the end. Masseuse lowers a canvas tent over your body that is then filled with aromatic steam. It’s warm and a nice touch to send you on your way.

I had a blowout done by Crystal and it looked like something I could do myself. There is way too much product in my hair and it feels super greasy. She curled it which was nice but just not anything near what I thought a level 4 stylist could do. Unfortunately I have a broken arm which was the entire reason I got a blowout because I can’t do my hair well. I spent $ 30 and now have to wash my hair tonight and re-do it. Very disappointing.

Mike is fantastic! I had about six inches cut off my hair. He took his time until it was perfectly shaped and styled. I enjoyed my experience here and I love the products he used. (My favorite is the Pure Abundance… the one that looks like a powder, and gives your hair tons of texture and body.)
I also thoroughly enjoyed the mini facial and mini massage. Thank you so much for making me feel great– the cute haircut is just what I needed. Aaaaaand I had 90some «likes» on facebook when I posted the photo. That’s what I call a success :)

I was very impressed by this salon. I got my hair and make-up done here for my second wedding reception in Cincinnati. I thought that Caitlin (sp?) did a great job on both counts.
I was very impressed that she did such a great job on my eye shadow. Let’s face it, applying eye make-up for Asian eyes can be difficult. My make-up was understated and pretty.
Caitlin also did a wonderful job with my updo. I was out the door and ready to go in two and a half hours.
I really want to recommend this salon, they do great work and the stylists are very friendly. The make-up application and updo were as good as any I’ve had in LA or NYC.
