Hmm, 2 stars because of the sale prices and frequent coupons. Plus, they have just about everything. Went a few weeks ago to purchase a wedding gift. Registry associate was friendly and quick and even assisted me with pricing a china pattern I was interested in for myself. However, the store, and it’s the stylemarker of this chain, feels like a junk shop. Merchandise is packed in tight floor to ceiling. Aisles are so narrow it’s hard to shop and makes lighting low in some spaces so it’s difficult to see items. Quite a lot of the merchandise is damaged so you hae to be careful an carefully look items over when you purchase. Also, I asked to have the item wrapped. At that point I was given a number and my purchase disappeared into the employee break room? where it was wrapped. I think. I guess I will know for sure if they received what I purchased when I get the thank you card. I honestly hate to shop here but I’m stuck because they are the only one-​stop homegoods store and a lot of people register here.
