This was my worst experience ever with a dealer. Deal was supposed to be done, I had texts and emails confirming the deal. When I arrived there after 3−½ hour drive pulling my bike they tried to pull a fast one and change the deal. I feel they deliberately planned to deceive me and change the deal thinking since I came that far I would agree to a deal change at any cost to not go home empty handed. Very unprofessional and rude. I did not even receive an apology for my wife’s and I inconvenience. Harley should be ashamed of dealers treating long term customers who faithfully only ride their bikes like this dealer did.
If buying a bike i would steer clear of this place, there are plenty other honest dealers out there that will treat you with respect and integrity.

So I have to admit that I did not come here to purchase a motorcycle, but to buy a Mason City Harley shirt for my father as a gift.
But with that being said all the employees that were here were very helpful. The short I had selected was marked as buy one get one free so my boyfriend got a nice little gift as well. This shop was perhaps the nicest one I have come across and I am from California and I’ve seen a few shops in my lifetime and this one just stood out.
Thank you Mason City for having such a pristine shop!
