After ordering two bottles of wine, a bloody marry, a grey goose cocktail, and an appetizer, they cut us off on bread after only getting one round of it, waiter said we are out until dinner, 5 minutes later the table next to us gets bread…

Great service, good coffee, and the best food! I only gave it 4 stars because it is a little pricey. But I had the chicken panino sandwich which I substituted vegetables for since I don’t eat chicken and I must say I haven’t had a sandwich that tasty in a while. I think I definitely found my new favorite lunch spot in the commons! Come here if you’re looking for a semi-fancy lunch with delicious veggies and a good menu! They also have a killer selection of wines!

One of my favorite restaurants. Plenty of options for vegetarians, and gluten free customers. Fresh food and awesome drinks. To name a few: the Trevi tini, avocado salad, cheese platters, short rib, and any nightly special are delicious. Love all the wines and how each one has a great description so you can find exactly what you’re looking for. Friendly staff. Beautiful to sit cozy inside in cooler eeather or outside during the warmer months by the fountain.

Love the French 75 and the cheese plate. Overall, this restaurant is a tad pricey but it is lovely sitting outside with a drink and some apps

Fantastic cheese and meat boards. Tzatsiki was on point, and the accompanying pita crisps were delicious. Extensive wine list, as well as a great liquor list for those looking for a little more. Staff was great and accommodating. I started with«I need a drink» and had one in my hand less than a few minutes later(and the staff was hilariously entertained by my bluntness). Sad that I live so far away.

Well, that was fun! We shared the small plate of short ribs, asparagus with poached egg and crispy potatoes with basil aioli — all fabulous — we started with the Almonds and Olives — very relaxing, yummy and a welcome break from all the fresh caught seafood we’ve been cooking at home all week

Fantastic food and an absolutely delightful atmosphere. I had the Burrata Mozzarella and the Chatham Mussels. Both were delicious and the perfect size for a small plate meal. My fiancée enjoyed the Pear and Field Green Salad. The atmosphere there was wonderful. The outdoor seating area is covered so you have nice shade, but faces a small plaza with a fountain in it which gives it a nice open air feel. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again to explore more of the menu.

Trevi is the best restaurant in Mashpee. And the manager, Kevin, has awesome style! Ambiance loud, but bustling with positive energy, young, old, tourists and locals… Proving Trevi is not just quality, but a must try, reoccurring visits necessary, can’t wait to go again kind of place! We started our evening with an assortment of meats and cheeses wonderfully portioned for the price and the accompaniments were tasteful and delicious. Split two appetizers; macaroni gratin and a roasted artichoke dish. Both flavorful and just the right amount. Finally splitting the braised beef short rip entrée with gnocchi and sweet button mushrooms. Melt in your mouth, out of this world, will eat every time we come back! Our stomachs pleased with the meal said ‘no more’! Ready to ask for the bill our savvy friend Kevin came by to offer us desserts and coffee rather than the bill and we just couldn’t say no after such an evening. As for the service… Trish a lovely woman from South Africa, took great care of us providing us with a perfectly timed evening without a single hiccup in the midst of a Saturday summer rush @ 8pm! The damage??? My wallet is laughing it’s way to the bank! Worth every penny and a super charged tip!

The food was good but my friend and I were only there for an hour and a half and were told we had to go because other people needed to be seated. We hadn’t even finished our wine, there was an empty table next to us, and the guy said«I hate to be a jerk but you guys are just sitting here on your phones and it looks like you’re just here hanging around.» It was very rude, we were so offended. I was catching up with a friend I haven’t seen in years, why should we rush after eating a $ 70 meal? I will never go back.

Really lost a step or two this season. Everything about the food this year has just been a bit«meh». Apparently there is a new manager. It’s not bad, per se, but certainly no longer very good. Ordered the burratta, and the waitress generously informed us that it was a very small piece of cheese… Helpful as we’d have been very surprised given how large and delicious a tomato and cheese laden dish it had been in years past, had our expectations not been managed. Caesar salad was particularly pedestrian with bitter grilled shrimp. Had been a real shining star, so hopefully they’ll regroup and return to all of what made them great.

Based on the reviews here and the other rating services, I had reasonably high expectations regarding Café Trevi. Unfortunately, the experience was not on par with the expectations. We ordered a number of small plates — crashed potatoes, kale and meatballs. The potatoes were crispy, but they were served with strange sauce, which was too hot to work with the neutral tasting potatoes(I would at least try to get some flavor on potatoes). Kale was okay, but soaked in oil, and the dish didn’t have much flavor. Same story with meatballs — good texture, but no flavor in meatballs or in the red sauce. Next we had a number of Spiedini, which appear to be kabobs, or meat on the skewer. We got shrimp, chicken and beef. Each dish was served as a skewer on a bed of arugula, with 5 pieces of meat(or shrimp) on a skewer and sauce on a side(considering the price of $ 15 or $ 16 per skewer, it is a questionable value), quite a «blah» for the presentation. Only shrimp had dipping sauce — both chicken and beef had some strange concoction served as a «sauce». The problem is that outside of the bitter taste of char on shrimp, none of the meat had any flavor. Both chicken and beef were tender, which means that dish was executed properly, however, all three — shrimp, chicken and beef were devoid of any flavor. Kabob is typically marinated — again, not in this case, and all 3 dishes were disappointing. Service was okay. Not recommended — there are better choices in the Mashpee Commons.

This place is fantastic. When I go to places like this, I like to sit at the bar, sample the wines, and graze the snacks. There is no more perfect place to do so than here. Wine options were outstanding. The food was fantastic, particularly the cheese selection! I noticed the Unilocal comments of other patrons about the service. I don’t know if they got the message or if others came on a bad day, but my experience was that the service was fantastic. I felt very attended to and cared for and the staff was super friendly. My advice — ignore the prior comments about service and come enjoy the atmosphere, service, and menu. You will not be sorry!

Very slow service! After 45min, found out that grilled veges weren’t available after we ordered them – avoid!

Sangria was great, service was TERRIBLE. Had to ask multiple times for a server to a) get a drink and b) get the tab to pay in order to make it to a different restaurant in the commons for a dinner reservation. It’s too bad because the outdoor cocktail tables are great but note enough to make up for the lack of concern from the servers.

Bumped into this place while in Mashpee Commons — they had a sign on the curb announcing they served lunch. Their menu has an extensive wine and alcohol list and I trust they know their stuff when it comes to this — however — my guest and I were not in the mood for a drink and were looking forward to a light lunch. The lunch menu was a bit limited however the description of the panini sandwich caught our eye. The waitress came over and reviewed the specials — and I was intrigued with the eggplant sandwich — so two sandwiches were ordered The most remarkable feature of both of our sandwiches was the bread — it was like trying to bite through a croûton! I’ve had this bread before(focaccia) and it usually is crusty– but this was waaaaay beyond. It was so tough it started to cut up the roof of my mouth. My guest and I were reduced to opening up the sandwich to eat its contents– my eggplant with fresh mozzarella was delicious but barely enough to feel satisfied. I was disappointed with the side salad as it was just a bunch of leafy green lettuce with balsamic dressing– very underwhelming. Overall both my guest and I had decided we would have had a better lunch at the nearby Panera– Sorry to have chosen this place.

The food is good. The service is lacking. I went there with a group of four. Although I could tell the menu was carefully crafted, this place is not a good choice for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our waitress was young, seemed to be in a rush and didn’t really listen to what we wanted. Our drink order came out fine, but our meals came out 10 minutes apart from each other(the waitress apologized, which this isn’t her fault the food wasn’t ready. But I waitressed in my college days, you never take any of the meals out if the others will be ready so much later then some.) We split the bill, half on a card and half in cash. The waitress didn’t bring us any change from the cash and walked away with a $ 30 tip as we couldn’t seem to find her or any other front end staff after we paid our bill. The food was good, but the service and more likely the management are unprofessional and with so many other good choices in Mashpee, I’d try another restaurant. We won’t be coming back or recommending this place to friends or guests that visit us in the summer.

SERIOUSLY, try the braised short rib. It was so so delicious I wanted to finish the dish even though my stomach wanted to burst open. We had the tzatziki and pita bread appetizer which was delicious. The outside seating is perfect. 2 glasses of wine, the lamb dish and the braised short rib was more than enough for 2 people and so so delicious. I have been bragging about this place since! I cant wait to go back!

Mashpee Commons is a very quiet area, not very lively during the day. We stopped by Trevi for a quick bite before heading off to Provincetown. Got the Duck Taco and the Lamb which both were very good, but not that memorable. Cute little place.

This place is fantastic. Today I had the Lamb Souvlaki for lucnch. $ 15.00. Mid-rare deliciousness on a pita with feta cheese, olives, cucumbers and a nice tatziki sauce with a green salad. I had my expectations set pretty high from the last meal I had here and I was not disappointed. Delicious and a decent portion, I was full. If I had the means and a super fast metabolism, I would eat here every day. It’s that good. Before I leave the Cape, I’ll be back to sample something else. It’s so nice to be able to return to a restaurant time and time again and get tasty consistency. Thanks TREVI for awesome food.

I didn’t get to visit Trevi this summer during my annual short trip to the Cape but it is a memorable spot I will for sure visit next year. SUCH high quality food, innovative menu, cute interior We ate at the bar so the service was fine. This outdoor mall is quaint. I stay in Osterville, so it’s about 25 min I think each way but LA people don’t balk at such drives to dinner and I can’t remember everything we ordered but the lamp lollipops were quite something. All great, including a beef shank. Desserts good too
