I found the knowledge of the salesmen was inconsistent and lacking at best. Still waiting for a return call after stopping in twice to have a couple of problems with my new phone taken care of. Its been over a week. Not happy I went there instead of Hyannis. Sometimes geographic inconvenience pays off.

Have been in over the last few months and things are much better! Great folks working to get things right and make you happy. I am pleased they seem to be putting people first again. Very knowledgeable and they gave me some good insight into the devices they offer. Great job, keep up the good work !!
