My husband and I tried to get a problem resolved with an old product that was purchased there. When trying to follow up because we hadn’t heard. I was treated by a rude and condescending saleswomen. We are selling our home and going to be building a home and would NEVER step foot in there again. People shouldn’t work in sales if you have no customer service skills.

I don’t understand these negative reviews! I just replaced a tub/​shower enclosure and purchased a suite of Newport Brass fixtures. My sales person, Susan Semrad, was courteous, friendly, and frankly a lot of fun to work with. She worked with me in the showroom and helped me select just the right products for my needs. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the product lines and options. I made some changes and additions to my order after the fixtures arrived by UPS, and everything was easily handled by phone, email, and return mail. I would definitely recommend this business.

Terrible. Rude, snarky, fake, lazy sales people. If you want to be treated like trash and spend way too much money (spent $ 800 on a light fixture here only to find if for $ 311 online) this is your place. They need a total personnel overhaul if they want to sell things at those prices. I would love to see them go out of business.

Snooty, Snotty, & Rude a poor example of customer service. Whatever you do if you go here don’t ask for a lesser model or you will be considered «Lesser» by the showroom rep. I quote «Im not trying to be cute but I NEVER even look in this book he he». WOW is all I can say… I would love to see her house everything must be jewel encrusted.
