Andrew is a true artist. We worked with him to create my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands and they all turned out perfectly. Whenever we go in they clean my jewelry for free and they are the place we go to and recommend to our friends

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner takes care of his customers, many of which are loyal ones that return time after time. My girlfriend bought me a claddagh here and I’ve broken it several times in a rough work environment where it gets crushed. Every time I come in, he fixes it while I wait and has no problem cleaning up my class ring for free also. These are the kind of people that you send a Christmas card or a thank you letter to annually. Customer service is top notch!

I’ve bought jewelry from here quite a few times now (rings, earrings and the newest– a bracelet).
Most recently I went here last weekend and I went in with the intention of not buying anything, just looking. (When I was in this store 1 – 2 years ago, I was not all that happy with the customer service I received, so that’s why I was just going to look this time)
This time, the man who runs the shop was a lot more approachable and had 2 other people helping him out. He makes the jewelry himself and his pieces are very nice looking. (For a while now I had my eye on a Herring Fish bracelet from a different store in Dennis, MA — Eden Hand Arts) This store in Dennis (which is completely unrelated to Elfstone) is closed until May and when I was visiting Elfstone I saw ONE Herring Bracelet — looked the same as the one I’ve been wanting from the place in Dennis!
My boyfriend ended up buying me the Herring Fish bracelet from Elfstone — it is by far my favorite bracelet now. The man who runs Elfstone even cleaned my 2 Cape Cod screwball bracelets (which I didn’t even buy from him– I got them several years ago at Eden Hand Arts) and they looked brand new once they were cleaned. He ever soldered a ring that I got for my boyfriend in Cancun– all of this was done at no extra charge!
The service I got this time was much better than years past and I love the bracelet. It was $ 140 (before tax) and I actually was looking on-​line to see if I could find this bracelet else where and there was a store based out of Ontario, and this bracelet was actually $ 210 on their website– not sure if it is even a legitimate site to begin with though. But knowing that we got it for $ 70 less is nice and the quality is great.
