Now known as VUE 24. Must be experiencing growing pains. Had reservations for Saturday night (Valentines weekend) — well — we thought we did. The night went like this — lost reservation, didn’t offer special Valentine’s Day menu, flat champagne, out of champagne flutes, computer lost dinner order, out of chocolate soufflé, item not ordered appeared on check, didn’t return credit card after running bill. That said — the goat cheese salad, lobster bisque and profiteroles are awesome.

This restaurant is now known as «Vue 24» not Paragon. They have just changed hands & were open as Vue 24 for two days when we visited. Décor is beautiful. Table layout was great; spaced out tables. We were seated immediately. Our waitress introduced herself & took drink orders. She then retuned with complementary mini cups of vichyssoise for us. I’m not a cold soup fan but this was tasty. Hot French bread was delivered to us as well. For appetizer I ordered scallops coquille St Jacque. They were ok. Dinner was veal Oscar. This was fabulous. Veal was cooked perfectly, crab meat was abundant. Just wished they declawed the crab a bit better as I got crunchy bits in it. The flavors were amazing in this dish. Portion was good. Service was lacking for a high end restaurant. We didn’t see the waitress much, wasn’t offered salt & pepper, & water wasn’t refilled. Restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. They have a pianist that has played for years. He is spectacular. Playing much of today’s hits on a grand piano. Nice accompaniment to dinner!

The new name [VUE 24] comes with a new Chef. The view is fantastic! Only rivaled by the food! Out of this world. Try the Veal Oscar, you can’t go wrong.

View was absolutely beautiful. Best sunset I have ever seen over the mountain view. Make sure to get a window seat. I would go back just for the view and for the good music. Food is below average though at fine dining prices. Service was poor as well the night I went.

BEST restaurant in foxwoods! I can honestly say that this is the only restaurant that I’ve ever been to that I can go in and have Chef Scott prepare me anything and I know it will be out of this world amazing! Everyone at Paragon are truly genuine and make the experience the best. The atmosphere, views, and the décor is just icing on the cake when it comes to this restaurant. MY FAVORITE!

By far best meal I’ve ever had. Everything was amazing, to include the wait staff. If you’re worried about the prices, don’t be, your taste buds will thank you later.

Sitting here and waiting for 40 (!) min to get our drinks… Or is it just ignoring us? Kitchen has exploded or what? For such an establishment I expected excellent service. Management is useless. We didn’t have a chance to try the food, hope it is good :/​sorry

Had an amazing dinner here last night. The restaurant is spectacularly beautiful. Our cocktails were perfection! We were given two flutes of Moet to welcome us and a delicious curried amuse bouche. We had a delicious arrugula salad, lobster bisque, fois gras and scallops! Everything was delicious!!! We will definitely dine here again when staying at Foxwoods. We did not feel that prices were out of line for food of this quality.

Excellent fine dining experience with an extraordinarily attentive staff, accommodating maitre’d, charming bartenders and the pianist who was such a cool cat!
Romantic & classy environment.
It just makes everything look and taste better. Great choice for a date night, kids!

There’s a centre bar which offers an assortment of top shelf liquors,
grab a drink and head over to one of their two lounges.
One is right by the entrance overlooking the 24^th floor and the other one is a cigar lounge separated from the dining floor.
It’s casino royale, baby! cha-​ching.
