Probably one of the best Burgers I ever ate, it’s messy and greasy but tasty as can be. The Chocolate Shake was also outstanding. $ 19 for the Burger, shake, and Fries is not cheap. That would be the only downside and why they get 4 stars.

Server was a bit chatty obnoxious when we first sat down. After placing our order he barely came back to check on us. It seemed like he was doing everything frantically! They don’t have a kids menu which I find a bit odd. My order was messed up but fixed. Food was okay. I wouldn’t go back. Just nothing positively memorable.

There aren’t a lot of food choices in the newest Tanger Outlet at Foxwoods, so after a full day of shopping I stopped in at Johnny Rockets with my husband. We were greeted and seated right away. We were asked for our drink order, and said we needed a minute with the menu. We both ordered the Route 66 burger and were told fries were big enough to share, which we did. Our server asked us if medium well was ok and it was. The food came out so quickly it gave new meaning to the term fast food. Fries came out first with a little plate of catsup with smiley face, nice touch. Burgers out shortly after. Nothing special but hot, tasty and a great price. Service was excellent and the place was clean.

Was so excited to eat here… ordered my food, strawberry shake and a water! Got my water of course first and had a bug in my f***ing water! That ruined everything! I canceled my whole order it ruined my appetite. So gross!

Glad to finally have a Johnny Rockets here at Foxwoods. Not much to review as it is your typical JR location. Same great food and options as other locations. Burgers are great. Steak sandwich is great. Milkshakes rich and flavorful. Best bet for a burger at Foxwoods!

My husband son and I go for dinner after a little shopping. We were greeted by a less than enthused employee who wasn’t happy that we didn’t want to sit at the counter. We were then told it would be a five min wait cause they needed to clean spilled milk under a table(okay I’ll overlook the 7 other empty tables) we are brought to our table given menus and don’t see a waitress for 11 mins, when my five year old son orders first he asks for an Oreo milkshake where she says” oh we are out of ice cream«my five year old starts to cry and my husband asks how is it possible to be out of every type of ice cream? She proceeds to shrug her shoulders and says she will give us a few mins. She comes back we order 2 cheeseburgers, a hotdog, fries and onion rings. The sides come out within mins cold greasy and recooked a couple times. She proceeds to bring out our food to which mine was decent but my husbands had 5 tomatoes on it which he asked for no tomatoe and at least 4 slices of onion which I had asked for none because I am highly allergic to onion. The only time we see her again is when we ask for our check. As we leave the restaurant we notice other people had remaining milkshakes on there tables. I am in the restaurant business but tonight was a perfect example of how I would never run my business. Word of advice… Avoid this Jonny rockets, if they are going to lie to your face what are they going to do in the back!!!

Undercooked Mess. It’s unfortunate. A great location, excellent décor, and located right in the heart of Foxwoods, this Johnny Rockets delivered a sub par meal. my experience is quite simple really — I ordered cheese fries. What I got was an improperly cooked mound of potato with a single slice of melted cheese. Now, I’m not looking for anything special, I go to other Johnny Rockets for a predictably satisfactory meal of american fare. To my disappointment, I was served a depressing plate of fries that tasted as bad as it looked. The worst part though? I never heard the 3 songs I chose out of the jukebox after and hour and a half a restaurant I was 1 of 5 patrons in. Sure, it’s not a big deal, but its the details that make an ordinary establishment extraordinary. Ultimately however, what it comes down to in a restaurant is the food. 2 stars for the décor and location, but a big miss on the quality of the food. Surprisingly, your best bet might actually be in the casino.

The just opened Johnny Rockets at the mall at Foxwoods! I had to stop in to try it out and see if it’s as good as Mohegan Sun. I was greeted right away and brought to one of the shiny new booths and given a menu. First thing I notice is the place does an awesome job of feeling separate and more relaxed than the mall it’s apart of. Kudos there! The next thing I noticed was that the music wasn’t the classic oldies I’m used to at its other locations. A sign on the table invites me to download rock box app and help dj the music… interesting. My waitress, Joy, was friendly, prompt to take my order and helpfully answered my questions I had about the pastrami pretzel burger and available discounts in general. I wanted a shake but decided to get a fries/rings combo to enjoy with my burger instead. I have no regrets about this although I wish I was flush enough to have gotten the shake too. The fries and rings were crispy, hot, and delivered with ranch dressing and ketchup. Very good. The burger was awesome. I think I just ordered the single but it was just like how you imagine dinner burgers… juicy with some delicious grease cut with lettuce, tomato, and onion. So good! I needed a mint afterward with that raw onion but left really happy and satisfied and all for about $ 14. Also, I did download the app and got it to play David Bowie for me, which was really neat and prob a good distraction for kids and solo diners. Anyway! Watch for the ala cart prices stacking fast but recommend!
